WACV 2026 - Call for Demos and Exhibitions
Demo/Exhibitions Chairs:
Emanuela Marasco (George Mason University) and Joel Brogan (Oak Ridge National Laboratory)
Submission Deadline: Dec 15, 2025 AOE
Applicants Notification: Jan 10, 2026
Submission: Application Form
We invite researchers and developers from academia, government, and industry to submit interactive demos showcasing innovative technologies and system prototypes. Accepted participants will have the opportunity to present their work to the broad computer vision community attending WACV. While demos may be linked to a WACV 2026 paper, this is not required—submissions without an associated paper or based on research published elsewhere are also encouraged.
This year’s theme highlights human-centered interactions, including VR/AR experiences, robotics, security, remote sensing, and medical applications. We seek demonstrations that advance vision technology and deliver meaningful impact in real-world settings. Submissions are expected to emphasize innovation, technical excellence, and strong potential for deployment.
Demos must be presented in person; virtual demos will not be accepted. Participants are required to complete and submit the online Application Form, providing details about their demo, including authors, affiliations, resource requirements for booth setup, and supporting materials (e.g., published papers, videos, images). All submissions will be reviewed, and decisions will be based on quality, scientific merit, and alignment with WACV 2026.
Showcase your innovations at WACV and inspire the future of computer vision by connecting with a diverse community of researchers, industry leaders, and end users.
